Test or Sample Knit for Fallingblox Designs
As I create new patterns, I need people to test them -- and sometimes, I need people to knit the samples so I can focus on more designs.
Test knitting is not typically paid; you provide your own yarn, give feedback about a draft pattern, and you get to keep whatever you knit. Assuming you finish the assignment, you get the final pattern when it comes out. Each opportunity might require a handful of test knitters. Test knitters can be anywhere in the world.
Sample knitting is typically paid: I provide the yarn and a finished pattern; you work to my rigorous standards and finish a piece which I will use to market the pattern. On completion and return of the sample, you're paid based on the size and complexity of the pattern. If you want one to keep, you'd need to make another one. Each opportunity typically requires only one sample knitter, who must be in the US.
