Advanced Texture in Double-knitting
Once you understand how reverse double-knitting works, let's mix it up a bit! We can do color changes without stitch changes, stitch changes without color changes, and color and stitch changes together. Using all of these variations, we can achieve a number of different reversible textured fabrics.
We'll try a few of these in class, and you will hopefully leave feeling like you have a good foundation to begin experimenting with your own two-colored reversible textures.

prerequisites
(what to know)
You should have taken the Reverse Double-knitting workshop (or the previous incarnation “Texture in Double-knitting”) or have experience with reverse double-knitting from some other source. The homework will help to refresh you if you are rusty. You should also be comfortable following knitting charts.
Requirements

2 distinct solid colors (1 light, 1 darker) of plain yarn in the DK to worsted weight range and a pair of straight or circular needles in an appropriate size for your chosen yarn.
